Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, business contact details, company information, role, broad lead-volume ranges, current business tools, and high-level descriptions of your follow-up workflow.

Please do not submit credentials, customer records, confidential documents, regulated data, or other sensitive information. The assessment does not accept uploads.

How we use it

We use assessment information to evaluate fit, respond to your request, recommend a next step, protect the service from abuse, and maintain necessary business records. Assessment consent does not subscribe you to a newsletter or general marketing list.

Systems and service providers

Assessment information may be processed through service providers used to operate this website, prevent abuse, manage business contacts, and send internal notifications. These providers may include Cloudflare and the Automator.ai/GoHighLevel customer relationship management platform.

Retention and deletion

We keep assessment information only for legitimate business and legal needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing lee@kingbee.ai. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use. We do not use advertising pixels at launch.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the assessment and contact us by email instead. To ask a privacy question or make a request, email lee@kingbee.ai.

Changes

We may update this notice when the service or its providers change. The current version and update date will be posted here.
