These terms govern use of the KingBee Solutions website and workflow assessment.

Information only

The website and assessment provide general information and an initial fit review. They are not professional legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity, or other regulated advice. Completing an assessment does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.

No sensitive information

Do not submit credentials, customer records, confidential documents, regulated data, or other sensitive information. The initial assessment should contain only high-level workflow facts.

Assessment response

We aim to respond within two business days, but website availability, delivery failures, or unusual volume may delay a response. If you do not receive a response, email lee@kingbee.ai.

Paid work requires a separate agreement

Any paid diagnosis or implementation requires a separate written proposal or agreement defining scope, price, responsibilities, timing, and other terms. Nothing on this website is a fixed-price offer or guarantee of results.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or use automated means to overload the assessment.

Intellectual property

The website content, brand assets, and illustrative workflow materials belong to KingBee Solutions or their respective owners. You may review them for evaluating the service, but you may not republish or misrepresent them as your own.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or change the website and assessment. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
